Before you start complaining about your life, watch this first. Then look at yourself..
Nick Vujicic. A very inspiring young man who was born without arms and legs. Some people may judge him and see him as a useless, futile, disabled man but to other people who knew him and to those who were inspired by him, he was known as a living legend. He continues to inspire and motivate people to be strong, have a positive outlook in lifeand appreciate life as it is. He travels across the globe to share his story, his values, his experiences and his principles in life that made him live with no worries.
This video tackles about quotes that could inspire and motivate you to do great things. If these people did wondrous things because of positivity and perseverance, what more can you?
You too can be like them. Just stay focused. Stay productive.
Everyone wants to be loved. Everyone desires the feeling to know that there is really someone out there that would do anything for them. Don't worry, there will be.
Don't just hear what I'm saying, I want you to listen and understand it. Communication is key.
Make no mistake about it, I always smile. Even if I'm hurting, I'm showing the world I'm too strong to let it bring me down.
I'm always happy, always honest, and always faithful. I'd like to think I deserve the right person in my life.
Good times become good memories and bad times become good lessons.
Getting me is one thing, keeping me is another. Don't lose appreciation for something once you get it, it can be taken away just as fast.
It's true that not everything stays forever, but there are some things you'd fight for, so you can have them just a little longer.
Where there is no risk, there is no reward. If you have nothing to lose, their is also probably nothing to gain.
I'd rather regret something I did, than something I never did when I had the chance.
Life is too short to worry about the little things; Enjoy what you have today, not what you might get tomorrow!
Don't listen or think about anything other people say about you, just live your life & prove them wrong.
It's your choice. You can ether dwell on the problems of the past, or cherish the present and embrace the future.
If you believe in it enough, you can succeed. Don't listen to those who bring you down; remember: the sky is the limit!
The hardest part about growing up is letting go of what you were used to & moving on with something you're not. But we all need to learn & grow.
Bad times come & go just like the good ones; so when you feel like giving up, just remember it will pass & good times await you.
Stay Positive. Make yourself realize that no matter what your problem is, someone is and always will be fighting a harder battle.
Don't wait for heroes. Do it yourself, you've got the power. Winners are losers who got up and gave it just one more try.
A relationship between two people is like a house. When a light bulb burns out, you don't go and buy a NEW house...you FIX the light bulb.
"A day without laughter is a day wasted." -- Charlie Chaplin
Happiness starts with laughter. It may be one of the best things one could ever feel in his entire life.Sure, you get to laugh once in a while but still, the problems and obstacles that you encounter each day can turn that smiling face upside down. The wrinkles in your forehead tend to increase as you frown and worry. So why waste time being depressed when all you can do is laugh and be happy!
Frowning takes up more than 20 muscles in your face but laughing would just take 12 facial muscles for you to do the trick. Just by laughing, you could make a relationship closer and stronger. Laughter has always been the best medicine and it comprises lot of benefits. Allow me to state a few.
First, it relaxes the whole body because it relieves physical tension and stress. It also boosts the immune system because it decreases the stress hormones and increases the production of antibodies (infection-fighting cells) which improves the immunity of a person. Thirdly, laughing triggers the release of endorphins, the happy hormones, which can promote an overall sense of well-being and can relieve pain temporarily. And lastly, laughter protects the heart because it improves the function of the blood vessels by dilating it which increases blood flow to the entire body.
Several studies have also shown that laughter could really make you healthy and even increase you life span! There is even a study called Laughter Yoga discovered by Dr. Madan Kataria in March 1995 which encourages you to laugh as often as you can.
So laugh your heart out and be happy. Be Positive! :)
